🚫 No Extra Guests: To maintain a calm and focused environment, i kindly ask that you come alone to your appointment. I am unable to accommodate extra guests, including children, husband , friend , family ect ...during your visit. This policy allows me to provide you with the best possible service and attention.

⏰ Punctuality Matters: I kindly request that you arrive right on time for your appointment. Arriving neither early nor late helps me maintain a smooth schedule and ensures that you receive the full allotted time for your service. If you arrive early, we may kindly ask you to wait until your scheduled appointment time.

•Please do not wear your favorite shirt to avoid any bleach stain especially during a solid bleach and tone .

💵 Cash Payment: I gladly accept cash as a form of payment for your convenience.

💳 Debit and Visa Payment: I also accept debit and Visa payments for your ease and flexibility. However, please note that there will be an additional fee associated with these payment methods. This fee covers the processing charges imposed by the payment service provider ( moneris ) .

While cash payment is the preferred method, i understand that some individuals may prefer the convenience of card payments. The additional fee helps me cover the costs associated with processing these transactions for your convenience. 

👚 Don't Wear Your Favorite Shirt: During the hair coloring or treatment process, there is a possibility of staining or color transfer. We recommend wearing an old shirt that you don't mind getting stained, just in case. This will help you relax and enjoy your appointment without worrying about any accidental spills or color mishaps.

🧦 Bring Socks or Slippers: i understand that salon floors can sometimes feel cold. To keep you cozy and comfortable throughout your visit, i suggest bringing your own socks or slippers to wear during your appointment. This way, you can enjoy a warm and pleasant experience while your hair is being treated.
